Venturina, fraction of the Municipality of Campiglia Marittima, located in the valley of the river Cornia. The area population grows all''intersecarsi of Highway 1 Via Aurelia, the road to Campiglia Marittima and the SS No 398 that connects to Piombino. The area is the main railway station of Val di Cornia, connected to Piombino, but also to its port through the Rail Maritime-Piombino Campiglia Marittima. The spa was built around the main crater thermal, are known as "Aquae Populoniae", rich in sulphur, alkali and earth.
